A few things to note:

  • Characters include letters, numbers, symbols, and punctuation.
  • Spaces and carriage returns do NOT count as characters.
  • Character height is determined by the measurement of the tallest capital letter, in inches.
  • Please refer to our Letter Height Explanation for more information.
